Refund policy

To return products you must meet the following return conditions:

•⁠  ⁠The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Send a mail to info@nyoactive.nl for the return request. 
•⁠  ⁠Once the return request has been approved, you have 14 days to send the product back to us using a shipping service of your choice.
•⁠  ⁠Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
•⁠  ⁠The return shipment is made at the customer’s own risk.
•⁠  ⁠To receive a full refund, the product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, including all supplied accessories and (reusable) packaging.
